Specializing in the manufacturing of lost wax investment castings in carbon steel and low alloy steel, our company is a world class manufacturer and supplier in the large-scale professional investment casting in China. Apart from our own foundry and workshop, we also have the business company. Various castings are produced according to customer's drawings or samples.
Owning 3 machine centers, 20 CNC Lathes, one material analysis machine, one water pressure test equipment, one heat treatment equipment, one automatic wax operation production line and many other normal necessary equipments with an annual production capability of up to 12,000 tons of precision castings and finished parts, So far, over2,000 kinds of products have been developed and produced to meet the needs at home as well as abroad, including over 30 countries such as USA, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, UK, France, Holland, Australia and Canada. The company also has convenient transportation. It is lacated near the Wenzhou airport,and about 200 kilometers far away from Ningpo port.
The company is built in 2003 it covers a total area of 5000 square meters and now has a staff of 200 employees, including 5 engineers and 30 technicians. And equipped with complete investment casting and machining facilities, and advanced chemical and physical properties analysis and inspection devices.
The material designations used for investment casting in our company are various. Within the scope of using carbon steel and low alloy steel, more than 100 specific material designations have been developed in the company and various standards are adopted, such as Chinese GB, American ASTM, AISI , German DIN, French NF, Japanese JIS, British BS, Australian AS and Association of American Railroads AAR. Our products are almost applied in every field that involves mechanical manufacturing and processing, including trains and railways, mining and engineering machinery, automobile, ships, petroleum machinery, agricultural machinery, construction, valve and pumps, electric machine ,hardware as well as power equipment.
QUALITY CONTROL: Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.
